I went to the record store one day in 1981 to buy one of the latest arena rock releases I was listening to at the time. My friend behind the counter put this album in my hand, and said "try this instead". I had Live Rust, and I loved it. What the he'll. Why not. I was only 17 years old, and this album was too mature for me. I wanted something I could put on, and play air guitar with my friends. Outside of "Hurricane" this album is not that. It's for people with enough patience to listen to a fine song unfold. It's for people who love songs that seem to seep from the heart musically, and lyrically. And in the case of Hurricane it's for people who want to hear a great rock guitarist at his rock, and roll best.
I give this album 4 stars out of 5
